A family-run firm built to represent owners and developers.

Molitor Development was founded in 2006 by Patrick Molitor, a businessman with a lifelong involvement in real estate, and his sons: Mitch Molitor, a Construction Management graduate from the University of Washington who honed his skills building custom homes in the competitive Seattle market; and Chris Molitor, a PhD graduate in Economics from Washington State University.

By combining Patrick’s business and real estate perspective with his sons’ technical building and economics expertise, they created a firm uniquely equipped to represent owners and developers as they design, build, and operate high-quality projects.

Family-run Today

The same integrity and precision still guide the work.

Today, that legacy thrives as a tightly knit, family-run operation. While Mitch and Chris remain the cornerstones of Molitor Development, the third generation, Patrick’s grandsons Josh Dunagan and Elliot Molitor, now spearhead the company’s day-to-day management.

Together, the Molitor family ensures every project is executed with the same integrity and precision that has defined the firm since its founding two decades ago.
