Mitch Molitor
Since graduating from the University of Washington in 1991 with a degree in Construction Management, Mitch has spent over three decades establishing himself as a leader in the industry. He remains committed to the core mission of Molitor Development: creating durable, cost-effective projects through superior design. He and his wife, Marilyn, live in Moses Lake, where they raised their four sons.

Chris Molitor
Chris is a founding member of Molitor Development and leads the firm’s finance department. After earning his PhD in Economics from Washington State University in 2001, Chris joined the family business to bring analytical precision to its operations and strategic planning. He lives in Moses Lake with his wife, Marie, and their four sons.

Josh Dunagan
Josh earned his degree in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University and began working for Molitor Development in 2008. For nearly two decades, he has provided expert leadership across a wide range of construction projects. Josh lives in Wenatchee with his wife, Anna, and their four children.

A graduate of Central Washington University’s Construction Management program, Thomas “Elliot” Molitor joined the family business in 2021. His technical expertise and hands-on approach keep projects on track and ensure high-quality standards. Elliot lives in Cashmere with his wife, Annika, and their young son.

Since joining Molitor Development in 2019, Joshua has been leading projects with excellence. A true craftsman, his eye for detail ensures every project meets our highest standards. He seamlessly coordinates busy jobsites, subcontractors, and demanding schedules. Guided by honesty and transparency, his integrity continually elevates our quality and reputation. Joshua lives in East Wenatchee with his wife, Kara, and their three children.
